DINAH MANOFF

Throughout her career, Dinah Manoff has had many memorable roles. That includes Marty Maraschino on Grease, Elaine Lefkowitz on Soap, Carol Weston on Empty Nest, and Libby Tucker in both the theatre and film productions of I Ought to Be in Pictures. She was one of the biggest TV stars of the 90s, though she has since been focusing on theatre more.

In the early 2000s, she went into a four-year hiatus, following her participation in the documentary Happy Birthday Oscar Wilde. She did return in 2009 and appeared in the film Bart Got a Room. While her film resume may not be as extensive as others on our list, Manoff deserves praise for the degree of dedication she gives every performance. No wonder many of her roles, particularly in films, have left a mark on pop culture as a whole.
